For those looking to drive to the festival, we are operating a strict park and ride policy with main carparks in:
  • Belmullet
  • Bangor Erris
  • Glenamoy
Return tickets on the ‘Park and Ride’ service will be collected on the day at €10 per person.

Local Area Transport

By Bus

We will be running buses from to the festival from:
  • Westport
  • Castlebar
  • Ballina
  • Crossmolina
  • Achill 
These will be ran by our transport partner Corduff Travel and to book your bus please contact (097-88949).
Buses will be running to Far West Fest between 2.30pm and 5.50pm and departing immediately after each night’s entertainment(No later than 11.15pm)

By Train

Trains running to Ballina, Castlebar and Westport can be linked into bus routes from each location, giving greater choice and availability of accommodation.

By Plane

We will be running airport transfers between Ireland West Airport Knock and Far West Fest on Thursday evening and Friday morning with return transfer on Sunday 20th August.
